Associate Position Available
Looking for Sports and Rehab type Chiropractor for our Gym and Fitness Center Clinic in Johnson City Tennessee. Office is located inside areas largest gym and fitness center, a big facility with a large membership.
Great opportunity for an outgoing sports and rehab specialist chiropractor. This is not a position for a "straight" or vitalistic based doctor. Training in exercise rehab and soft tissue techniques a plus.
Compensation based upon collections but a minimum base pay of 40,000 yr guaranteed as long as productivity metrics are maintained. Compensation plan of 50% of first 5000.00 in monthly collections, 60% of collections 5000.00-10,000, and 70% of collections above 10,000. (So 3,333.33 minimum month or percentages of collections as described above, whichever is greater.) Paid malpractice insurance and gym membership. Clinic buyout is an option after 2 years if desired.
Example compensation:
Average office visit payment at our facilities is 55.00 per encounter. Averaging just 12 office visits per day 6 days a weeks equals compensation 125,000 per year.
ABOUT THE FITNESS CENTER AND OUR CLINIC INSIDE
Lifestyle fitness center is the largest fitness center and gym in the area. The chain has a total of seven facilities in various close by cities. This facility has its own 'ecosystem' consisting of not only a myriad of workout devices (see video below) but a large cross-fit program, multiple full time personal trainers, juice and healthy snack bar, medical laser hair removal and hormone replacement clinic, massage therapy, basketball and volleyball team play and extensive exercise and fitness classes throughout every day. Our clinic has vast advertising available there as well as ability to use their classrooms for our own classes. Open 7 days a week. Non-members of gym can also be seen at our clinic there.
Our clinic inside of Lifestyle Fitness Center is equipped with adjusting table and drop table add-ons. Therapy room with electrical stimulation, heat/cold, ultrasound, low-level laser therapy, cervical traction. Our main clinic in town has x-ray machine if needed and spinal decompression machine if needed.

Johnson City Tennessee is a beautiful town with population of 60,000+ (not including University's population)with a low crime rate, good schools, and low taxes. Healthcare and teaching are its largest employment sector. Tennessee has no state income tax and generally has favorable chiropractic laws (ex. physical therapists are statutorily banned from performing spinal manipulations).
